Acceptance

By connecting a Meta Business Portfolio to BMAI or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

You must have authorization to connect the Meta Business Portfolio, ad accounts, and Pages you provide to BMAI. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and permissions you grant.

Meta's platform authority

BMAI operates through Meta's official APIs and is subject to Meta's own platform terms, policies, and enforcement decisions. BMAI does not and cannot override, bypass, or guarantee the outcome of any Meta decision, including account restrictions, ad rejections, or appeal outcomes.

Approval-gated actions

Actions that write to Meta on your behalf require your explicit approval unless you have deliberately enabled autonomous submission. You are responsible for the consequences of actions you approve or authorize BMAI to take autonomously.

No guarantee of outcome

BMAI provides monitoring, evidence, and recommendations. It does not guarantee that an appeal will succeed, that a restriction will be lifted, or that any specific business outcome will occur — these are decisions made solely by Meta.

Service availability

BMAI is provided on an "as available" basis. Monitoring and reporting depend on Meta's own API availability and rate limits, which are outside BMAI's control.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BMAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
